VERY IMPORTANT: Attention must be paid to qualifying your presentation for CE credit. These Guidelines for Seminar and Workshop Creation will assist you in properly structuring and documenting your presentation/program.
The Call for Presentations form must be completed in one sitting. It cannot be saved and returned to at a future time. Before beginning, make sure you have all the materials needed to complete the submission, including any electronic attachments such as presenter resumes/CVs, PowerPoints or attachments you wish to submit. Be aware that your connection to the online form may also be lost if there is an extended period of inactivity from your computer.
Presentations incorporating the convention theme Christian Approaches to Evidence-Based Treatment are especially encouraged. In addition, we are seeking presentations that specifically address professional ethics.

- Data projectors will be available at no cost—Participants will need to provide their own laptops. If my submission is accepted, as a program presenter, I/we agree:
- To ATTEND the convention and present unless an emergency occurs.
- To REGISTER by the Early-Bird Deadline and PAY all required fees and expenses related to travel and convention attendance.
- To allow CAPS to record my/our presentation and to retain the exclusive rights to the recordings, including the right to sell or otherwise distribute those recordings, as well as the rights to any and all proceeds there from.
- To provide 40 copies of an outline or reference list for my/our presentation to my/our audience at no cost to them or to CAPS.
- I/we understand no honorarium will be paid to me/us for my/our presentation.
- I understand that acceptance of this proposal does not in any way entitle it to future publication in the Journal of Psychology and Christianity.
- IMPORTANT: Since credentials of graduate-trained professionals are required to attain CE credit, undergraduate students will not be allowed to present breakout sessions alone, however, they will be allowed to present in poster session format. Professors are strongly encouraged to co-present with students.
